1) How do I track my order?
After logging into mithratrade.com, you can see the status of all your orders in the "my orders" section. Orders with a "supply" status are being prepared, and orders with a "completed" status mean that they have been delivered to the cargo. Details about your order will be sent to your e-mail address.

2) I want to cancel / change my order. How can I do it?

4) When will I receive the product I bought?
Orders will be shipped within 1 day. Customers within the UK will receive their products within 2-4 business days. Our customers in the European Union country will receive their products within 5-7 business days. Customers in other countries will receive their products within 10-15 business days. You can track your product from my orders section on mithratrade.com. When the product is shipped, you will receive an e-mail.

5) How reliable is your site?
Your card information is not stored in mithratrade.com system. It is only between you and your bank. Global Sign SSL certificate and 3D Secure systems required for secure shopping are available on mithratrade.com.
